Project Brief 

This period property in Dartmouth had an original slate roof which was leaking and required a brand new roof. The roof was completely stripped off, boarded and we installed a standing seam single ply roofing application.The result is a beautiful finish without the high cost of metal standing seam roofs, yet holds the same aesthetic finish. Standing seam single ply is available in charcoal or light grey, it’s a highly durable finish which is cost effective and delivers a stunning finish.

The lower roof also required a re-roof where an EPDM single ply flat roofing system was installed.
